Project Overview Design, craft and sew leather to create your leather crossbody bag with Johnetté Taylor , a professional leatherworker and founder of Nette, a leather goods company. In this project we will work together to make a leather bag that can be worn on your shoulder or across your body. We will be using pattern cutting techniques to create a paper pattern for your bag. From the paper pattern we will make a simple fabric sample of our pattern, that will be used to guide up to our final piece in leather. _______________ About the Artist Johnetté Taylor is the founder of Nette’ Leather Goods, creating handcrafted, sustainable leather goods from her studio at Cockpit Arts in Central London.
